I think if you translate that correctly, it doesn't say you're a bit of a pervert, it says you're a little pervert, which judging from your previous statement, is more accurate. I just cannot tell if you're worse in English or Japanese or just bad at both.
I allowed the comment above to be published primarily for laughs. I know my Japanese isn't great, but this person does a wonderful job showing how little they really know. ちょっと means a bit or a small amount not little (though a little bit is okay too). Good job trying to troll someone with nothing to back up on your own. :)
